The structure mainly includes: crushing motor, variable frequency feeding mechanism, grinding disc adjusting mechanism, adding hopper, moving grinding disc, body, main shaft, collecting tube, circulating water cooling system and the like.
Features
The tungsten carbide hard alloy is used to make the grinding surface of the grinding disc. The main body of the grinding disc is specially treated by special materials, and has the advantages of impact resistance, high wear resistance, good toughness and long service life.
The whole machine adopts the horizontal overall structure, and the parts of the machine body are processed by the numerical control technology to ensure the accuracy and installation fineness of the equipment, the structure is compact and reasonable, the power is low, the vibration is small, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.
Infrared on-line detection of the feeding mechanism, and the amount of feed is controlled by the PLC program to maximize production. The movement of the grinding disc is controlled by the PLC program, which can greatly improve the fineness and high quality of the rubber powder, high automation, high output and convenient operation.
The equipment adopts built-in circulating water cooling system, which can effectively reduce the temperature generated during the working process of the moving grinding disc, so that the rubber powder will not burn or stick during the crushing process, which greatly improves the working efficiency and the service life of the grinding disc.
