02. Yuxi's positioning

 

Stride started with a low-speed garbage crusher, gradually developed a medium-speed crusher, a high-speed crusher, and developed China's first mobile garbage crusher the year before. Stride has developed a series of crushing application systems around the core equipment of crusher. We are the first to introduce the hazardous waste crusher system and the bulky household waste crushing system in China. As long as it is solid waste, Stride has a way to crush it. Yuxi's slogan is "Crush it without discussion." Sticking to subdivisions is the brand strategy of Stride. For our customers, Yuxi is a crusher. Yuxi is not a magnetic separator, a garbage cracking gasifier, and an anaerobic fermentation tank. With so many solid waste treatment equipment, Yuxi only concentrates on making crushers and related applications, and Strider will never use low-cost competition to gain market share just to expand the production scale. To make a good crusher, you need to choose high-priced durable parts and invest resources in research and development. This determines that the low-price strategy cannot be compatible with our high-quality positioning.

 

A friend suggested that we expand our business to other solid waste treatment equipment fields, but we know that every segment of this industry requires sufficient experience accumulation. If we make many products at the same time, the result will be soaking in every segment. If you don't get enough, you will inevitably have a superficial understanding of technology, and many of the mistakes you must go through have not been experienced. Yuxi’s management team has decades of experience in the equipment manufacturing industry and is very clear about this.
