Production and environmental impact assessment of fine rubber powder ground with a tyre recycling machine 1
The raw materials required for the production of fine rubber powder are ground from various vulcanized and shaped rubber products and rubber and plastic mills. Molded rubber products have strong elasticity, abrasion resistance, aging resistance, water-resistance, and good insulation. Like tires used in transportation, rubber shoes and warm water bottles used in daily life are made of rubber. Rubber is a multi-component system. The composition of the rubber formula includes raw rubber, synthetic rubber, fillers, and various compounding agents. The processing of fine rubber powder is a complex physical and chemical process. After strict production technology, according to the national mandatory standards, the fine rubber powder products meet the national environmental safety use range.
At present, the raw materials of the fine rubber powder we produce and process are all tire rubber products that meet the requirements of the national standard, the material of the tendon soles and other life rubber products, etc., and the fine rubber powder is selected from its high-quality raw materials to remove impurities. Mainly used in the coils and coatings of road modified historical blue and building waterproof materials.
The physical and chemical properties of the rubber raw materials have undergone certain changes after processing and vulcanization, making the product more adaptable to the environment and safer.
1. The basic structure and performance of fine rubber powder
1.1 The molecule of fine rubber powder has a unique molecular structure of elastomer. The molecules form a three-dimensional network molecular structure through chemical bridging or physical bonding. The chain-like molecular structure chain improves heat resistance, temperature resistance, acid resistance, abrasion resistance, non-toxicity, and strong adaptability under different natural environmental standards.
1.2 The stress-strain of fine rubber powder. The fine rubber powder will show higher tensile strength when fully stretched, thereby improving the rubber products to withstand damage from external forces. As the temperature rises, the in-situ stress of vulcanized rubber will increase in proportion, and the heat resistance stability will also be greatly improved.
1.3 The gas permeability (air tightness) of fine rubber powder is very good. It has been fully applied in water conservancy.
1.4 The flammability of fine rubber powder. Most rubbers have varying degrees of flammability. Therefore, the non-halogen flame retardant is added to the plastic pellets to improve the flame retardant level.
