Although the task of recycling waste tire recycling machine equipment is difficult, the market is broad
According to experts, waste tires are mainly used for oil refining, that is, tires that cannot be used or retreaded. They are mainly used to produce recycled rubber, rubber powder, and pyrolysis refining. Although most of the domestic waste tire treatment equipment has been used and worn, it can also be retreaded and reused. According to domestic and foreign use experience, the use of qualified retreaded tires produced by regular enterprises, and the use of waste tires in China urgently need to formulate relevant standards and strict supervision To standardize and promote. At present, the utilization of waste tires and waste rubber is inefficient, and my country has many "disposable" tires. Recently, in the oil refining workshop of the same tire recycling company, workers put large and small waste tires into giant round tanks, heated them with electricity for a period of time, and yellow "rubber oil" flowed out from the tap at the end of the pipeline. Regular manufacturers generally sell rough-processed "rubber oil" to power plants as auxiliary fuel. Waste tires can also be refined into gasoline and diesel.
There is no difference between new tire, and the probability of puncture is lower than that of new tires. However, at present, the utilization level of waste tires in China is low, especially the low retread rate of used tires. In terms of retreading of used tires, the EU has reached 100% and the United States has reached 95%. In China, it is only 15%. European and American countries stipulate that new car tires must be retreaded and used, and some can reach the three-time retread standard; while the tires produced in my country can be retreaded very few, almost like "disposable chopsticks". This caused great waste.
At this stage, my country lacks mandatory technical quality standards for the retreadability of new tires. In order to save costs, some waste tire shredder manufacturer do not consider tire retreading issues in their design, resulting in tires that are easy to wear and have poor overall strength. At the same time, there are no mandatory wear limit testing requirements for the use of tires, and consumers also lack tire maintenance awareness, resulting in less than 5% of "retread able tires". The poor product quality of some tire retreading companies has seriously affected the reputation of retreaded tires. The tires produced by small workshops will not only leak air, but also blow out, and even catch fire. After the puncture accident of some tourist vehicles, the use of retreaded tires has become more restricted.
Experts believe that poor utilization is equivalent to throwing away tens of millions of tons of oil every year, and the waste of resources is enormous. At present, there are irregular problems in the recycling and utilization of waste tires. It is understood that there are currently about 2500 enterprises recycling waste tires in my country, mostly small enterprises and small workshops. At the same time, a large number of waste tires are used for "indigenous oil refining." According to reports, some small workshops often quietly sell such refined "rough oil" to gas stations. If this kind of oil is mixed with normal gasoline, it will block the oil nozzle and damage the car engine.
The utilization of waste tires is eager to formulate standards and improve supporting measures. Experts also suggest that manufacturers should be required to produce retread able tires with wear marks. Retread companies need to have laser inspection machines and other equipment, use qualified rubber raw materials, and Each tire has a retreaded logo, query information, etc., and is responsible for each retreaded tire.
Used tires can be retreaded and reused. Waste tires can be refined into gasoline and diesel, and rubber can be produced. Therefore, the market prospects are very broad. We must increase the recovery of waste tire processing equipment and encourage the development of related enterprises because of the great development prospects. Therefore, it is also necessary to encourage related rubber tire recycling companies to improve production and utilization technology, encourage innovation, and increase investment in technology.
