Reasons that affect the powder output of the rubber-plastic mill
There is no doubt that the operation of waste tire grinding machine products will find unusual manufacturing problems, but from the perspective of customers, they definitely don't want to do that. Why is the amount of powder produced during the processing of rubber and plastic mills reduced? Of course, there are corresponding countermeasures for such problems.
The key to the low podwer output rate of waste tire grinding mill is caused by the following aspects:
1. Equipment speed: Take CNC machine tool rubber and plastic mill equipment as an example. The key of the equipment is to adjust the speed of the equipment according to the DC frequency conversion control board. When the speed is high, it will cause fine powder, and the output is slightly lower. When the speed is low, the raw materials produced are not smooth and the production volume is large.
2. Demand for machinery and equipment: When the demand is small, the machinery and equipment of the rubber and plastic mill are not saturated, and the raw materials in the crusher are not saturated. The particle size of the product is not good at full load, and the output is high at full load.
3. Material viscosity and humidity: some materials are too viscous at high temperatures. During the milling process, this material is not only easy to stick to the inside and outlet of the rubber and plastic mill, but also the outlet of the equipment is blocked. The discharge of sand is reduced, even causing certain damage to the crushing equipment.
4. The hardness and fineness of the raw materials: the best particle size of the feed during the grinding process is 3-5 cm. A particle size lower or higher than this standard will directly affect the yield. In addition, for processing low-hardness materials such as limestone, bluestone, and weathered sand, the output of rubber-plastic mills is higher than that of hard rocks such as pebbles, granite, and basalt. Therefore, the milling speed of the rubber-plastic mill is also related to the quality of the equipment.
