Problems to be considered in the design of waste tyre recycling machine

1. Fully automated waste tyre recycling line, most manufacturers use the cutting principle to smash before the production line. Therefore, the investor should clearly recognize this when selecting the waste tire processing production line. The use of imported high-quality raw materials to produce and process can ensure that the tool can be used for a long time, but the price of the tool is relatively expensive, which is a situation that ordinary investors do not want to see, but once the tool becomes blunt, the replacement of the tool will inevitably be restricted. This is not What investors want to accept.
2. Because the feed end below the coarse crusher is a stainless steel screen. There are a lot of stainless steel wires in the scrap tire rubber block. After the rubber block is crushed by the coarse crusher, the stainless steel wire and the sealing glue are basically eliminated in the machinery and equipment. The material and the stainless steel wire are accompanied by the interaction force and inertia of the machinery and equipment. It causes high-speed friction with the stainless steel screen under the machine and equipment. Just like a steel brush, the stainless steel screen is brushed back and forth at a rate of hundreds of times per minute.
