Waste rubber-rubber cutting-rubber washing-coarse crushing-screening-fiber separation-oil mixing-desulfurization-kneading-rubber filtering-refined pieces-finished products. The characteristics of this method are simple to process, no special requirements for workshops, low investment in plant construction, low production costs, and no sewage pollution. 2) Water-oil method process
Waste rubber—cutting rubber—washing—coarse crushing—fine crushing—screening—fiber separation—weighing and coordination—desulfurization—kneading—straining rubber—refining pieces—finished products. The characteristics of this method are a complex process, special requirements for workshops, multiple production equipment, a large investment in plant construction, small rubber powder particle size requirements, and high production costs. If sewage is discharged, sewage treatment facilities should be provided. But the regeneration effect is good, the quality of the reclaimed rubber is high and stable, especially for the waste rubber with a lot of natural rubber components, it can produce high-quality reclaimed rubber. It is suitable for waste rubber varieties such as tires, rubber shoes, miscellaneous rubber, and medium and large-scale production.
The waste rubber does not need to be crushed too finely, usually about 20 mesh. It uses a wide variety of rubbers, both natural rubber and synthetic rubber can be devulcanized, and the devulcanization time is short, and the production efficiency is good. The fiber content can reach 10%, and it can be fully carbonized at high temperatures. There is no sewage discharge, little environmental pollution, good quality of reclaimed rubber, simple production process, etc. However, the equipment investment is larger than that of the oil method, and the desulfurization process conditions are strict. It is suitable for various waste rubber varieties and medium and large-scale production.
