Rubber powder
Rubber powder was originally used to produce reclaimed rubber. Pre-processing of waste rubber. Waste rubber products generally contain non-rubber framework materials such as fibers and metals, and there are many types of rubber products. Therefore, the waste rubber must be pre-processed before crushing, including sorting, removal, cutting, and cleaning. The waste rubber should also be inspected and classified, and different types and sources of waste rubber and its products should be classified according to requirements. The most ideal is to adopt a recycling management cycle method and deal with it according to the source of waste rubber. For large-volume products such as waste tires, the bead must be removed, and a tread separator is also used to separate the tread from the carcass. Freeze crushing method. The basic principle of the cryogenic freezing pulverization method is: when high polymer materials such as rubber are below the glass transition temperature (Tg), they become brittle. There are two types of freezing crushing processes: one is the cryogenic freezing crushing process. The other is the combined use of low temperature and room temperature crushing technology. The fine rubber powder production line adopts the latter method for production. Using liquid nitrogen cryogenic technology to process waste tires into fine rubber powder of 80 mesh or more, the temperature, speed, and overload during the production process are controlled by a closed-loop chain microcomputer, which does not pollute the environment. The whole production process of waste tire recycling production line adopts compressed air-powered feeders and closed pipeline transportation. The whole line is closed except when the waste tires are put in and the product is in contact with air during product packaging. In addition, since it is produced by the freezing method, there is no high-temperature odor, so no secondary pollution occurs. And through the heat exchange process of fine rubber powder and coarse powder, the purpose of making full use of energy and reducing energy consumption, that is, reducing product costs, is achieved.
