The core technology of cracking and refining waste tires
The core technology of waste tire cracking and oil refining is the thermal cracking treatment process of waste tires. This process does not require the addition of catalytic benefits. The principle of the pyrolysis process is as follows: tires are mainly composed of rubber (including natural rubber, synthetic rubber), carbon black, and various organic, Inorganic additives (including plasticizers, antioxidants, sulfur and zinc oxide, etc.).
The thermal cracking of waste tires refers to the breaking of polymers with unsaturated bonds in the main chain of rubber under anaerobic or anoxic conditions and appropriate temperatures. The products are mainly monomers, dimers and fragments. The process of polymerizing into a variety of olefins to remove volatile substances and form solid carbon. Its products are mainly fuel oil, pyrolysis gas, crude carbon black, and steel wire.
The essence of pyrolysis is to heat the organic macromolecules to crack them into small molecules to precipitate. In this process, the reactions carried out in different temperature ranges are different, the product composition is also different, the organic composition is different, and the starting temperature of the entire pyrolysis process is also different. As a result, the pyrolysis process is complicated and the temperature control is strict.
