The waste tire recycling line consists of various types of heavy equipment. Its function is to fully separate rubber, steel wire and fiber materials from passenger car tires, truck tires, and OTR tires. This series of production line runs at normal temperature without any chemical additives and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment. According to different configurations, the output of the production line is from 500 kg / h to 2000 kg / h, which is suitable for small and medium tire recycling projects.
The complete set of equipment has a novel design, reasonable, high efficiency, and low production cost. It is controlled by PLC from all imported brands and has a touch-screen 10-inch LCD display and operation.
