First, the material is crushed in a multi-stage high-speed blow in the tire shredder cavity. The particle size of the material will be finer and finer, and then driven by the rotor, it will continuously fly out due to its own inertia. After a long-term operation of the equipment, the casing and hammer are subject to a certain amount of wear, which results in the equipment's tightness, and a large number of fine particles fly out; the exhaust dust removal system of the discharge mechanism has insufficient dust treatment capacity, which leads The amount of dust leakage at the material end is large, causing a certain degree of dust.
Tire shredder dust removal equipment is roughly divided into two categories: pulse bag dust collector and round pressure dust collector. The tire recycling machine dust collector is composed of five parts: upper, middle and lower cabinets, dust removal device and spray dust cleaning system. The upper box is provided with a blowing pipe and an air outlet. The middle box is composed of a perforated plate, a venturi tube, a filter bag, a keel, a pulse valve, and an air bag ash cleaning system.
