Production of vulcanized rubber powder
Desulphurization of used tire rubber by chemical methods to obtain recycled rubber is an ancient method of comprehensively utilizing used tires. The currently used reclaimed rubber production technologies include dynamic desulfurization method, normal temperature regeneration method, low temperature regeneration method, low temperature phase transfer catalytic desulfurization method, microwave regeneration method, radiation regeneration method and extrusion regeneration method. This is the most reasonable, scientific and widely used way to dispose of used tires for recycling, and is adopted by countries around the world.
Recycling of tire shredders
The rubber powder production industry has great development potential. Because it uses pure physical methods for processing, there is no problem of exhaust gas pollution in production, and the resource utilization rate is very high. It is a globally recognized method for recycling and harmless waste tires. This recycling method uses a waste tire shredder for shredding. The tire processed by the tire shredder is a block rubber of 5cm * 5cm, and then put into a rubber crusher or the like for subsequent processing. The output of tire recycling machine produced by Yuxi Machinery is between 200kg / h-5000kg / h. The rubber powder and rubber particles processed by the tire recycling machine can be processed by the customer upon request.
Waste tire paving
New technology and new life. Used tires for paving are called rubber asphalt. This new method of recycling used tires originated in the United States in the 1960s-processing used tires into rubber powder and adding it to asphalt as a modifier.
Solid waste fuel
Incarnation of light and heat. Waste tires are a high-calorie value material that generates 69% more heat per kg than tires, 10% more than bituminous coal, and 4% more than coke. The used tires are crushed, and then mixed with various combustible wastes according to the required ratio to prepare solid waste fuel (RDF) for blast furnace injection to replace coal, oil and coke as fuel for burning cement or for coal and thermal power generation. At the same time, the method also has a by-product, carbon black formation, which can be used as a reinforcing agent in the production of rubber products after activation.
Waste tire refining
Waste tire refining equipment converts waste tires into 45-52% cracked oil, 30% -35% carbon black, and 10-15% steel wire through high-temperature pyrolysis. These cracked oils can be used in heavy industries such as cement plants, glass plants, boiler plants, etc. Carbon black can be used in cement plants and sold into pellets.
Cracked waste tire
It is one of the main ways to convert it into renewable energy and non-rubber renewable resources. The main methods are catalytic pyrolysis, high and low temperature pyrolysis. Waste tires can extract steel, carbon black, oil, and gas at high temperatures. 35 kilograms of carbon black and 55 kilograms of fuel oil are recovered from one ton of waste tires.
