Install the extensometer on the waste being tested. The lever mechanics together add minimal distortion so that small deformations can be seen and measured. However, the extensometer cannot measure the deformation of the working waste. So how do you work? When the waste tire shredder machine is working, the tyre shredder turns to the right to break the scrap faster. Such operations subject the waste to tension, pressure, bending and twisting. In order to measure the stress, a fine wire is placed on the scrap, and a current is passed through the wire. When the scrap is deformed, the wire is elongated or compressed, and it also changes with resistance. A sensitive oscilloscope can be used to find and measure the change in resistance of the wire. This will give you the stress.
The purpose of stress is to give you a deeper understanding of the whole process of scraping the scrap after it has been shredded in the tire recycling machine and being beaten. Restoring this process as much as possible will give you a deeper understanding of how the tire shredder works. The advantage of this is that if there are some minor faults in the later tyre recycling machine, everyone can eliminate it by themselves.
