1. If the waste tyre shredder machine motor is overloaded, consider reducing the motor load or replacing the motor with a higher power.

3. The motor is heavily wet or corroded by corrosive gases, and the motor's insulation performance is degraded. In this case, you need to repair the motor or replace the closed motor of the same specification.

4. The tyre recycling machine motor bearing is short of oil or damage. Check the motor bearing condition, add lubricant or replace the new bearing.

5. The bearing is not concentric with the rotor of the motor, causing the rotor of the motor to sweep so that the motor current exceeds the rated value. At this point, it is necessary to check the motor bearing and the motor rotor for different reasons. If the center of the end cap is seriously worn, the end cover needs to be repaired.
