So, how do we carry out the maintenance of the tire recycling machine during use?
1. Tyre recycling machine Symmetrical rivet holes are prone to fatigue cracks. Welding rods can be used for welding cracks. After welding, pay attention to the length of the welding rods when symmetrical rivets are repaired to ensure that the weight of the weld repair is equal. If there is no crack at the symmetrical rivet hole, the welding rod should be welded here to cancel the newly added welding weight at the crack of the symmetrical rivet hole. According to this symmetrical compensation method, the crack can be repaired by welding.
2. Perform a simple dynamic balance test on the impeller. The method is also very simple. Use the object to support the impeller, and use the object to move it. Try to rotate it gently. If it does not reach the balance, it will stop at a lower point and swing left and right. If there is a bias, you can spot weld on the opposite impeller, increase the weight to balance, or use the angle grinder to remove the weld marks of the heavy impeller, and balance can be achieved, so that the fan can be repaired and normal work.
