(1) Check that the tyre recycling plant connection is correct and the machine must be grounded to ensure safety.
(2) Check whether there are any impurities in the tyre recycling machine working chamber before starting each time.
(3) After the end of each day, check whether the bolts of all the fastening blades in the tire shredder working chamber are loose, the blade clearance is correct, and adjust and tighten.
(4) It needs to be empty for a few minutes, and then it can be used after normal use. If abnormality of tire recycling machine is found, it should be stopped immediately.
(5) Arrange the rubber waste to be broken to ensure that the material is free of impurities and the feeding specifications are generally uniform.
