The thrust plate wears more seriously along the outer circle. Because the outer ring wire speed is large, the wear is also faster than the inner ring. And because the skew of the eccentric bushing adds to its outer ring grinding. The heavier the outer ring of the thrust plate, the more the eccentric bushings are skewed and affect each other.
When the tire shredder is running, because the eccentric bushing has a large gap between the straight bushing and the thick side of the eccentric bushing is always pressed against the straight bushing, the large bevel gear does not rotate around its own centerline. Instead, a circular motion is made around the center line of the tyre shredder with a radius of half of the straight line. The result is that the top of the gear section is not at the same point. Therefore, the pair of gears generate additional shock vibration and additional wear during operation, resulting in shortened gear life.

To monitor the fault in the case of equipment operation, it is first necessary to understand the various operating parameters of the tire recycling machine during normal operation of the tire shredder. This includes the amount of production when the shredder is running, the sound of the machine during operation, and the active state at runtime. Only after understanding these basic states can the machine's anomalies be detected in time.
