Waste tire shredder blades are made by the High manganese steel, alloy steel containing more than 10% manganese. High-manganese steel will have a small amount of carbide undissolved after solution treatment, and it can still be used when the quantity is less than the inspection standard.
Wear-resistant steel
Such steels contain 10% to 15% of manganese and have a high carbon content, generally 0.90% to 1.50%, and most of them are above 1.0%. Its chemical composition is (%):
C0.90~1.50Mn10.0~15.0
Si0.30~1.0 S≤0.05 P≤0.10 This kind of high manganese steel is the most used. It is commonly used to make the shovel tooth of the excavator, the rolling wall and crushing wall of the cone crusher, the jaw crusher jaw plate and the ball mill liner. , railway rafts, hammers, hammers, etc.
At low impact loads, HB300-400 can be achieved, and at high impact loads, HB500-800 can be achieved. The surface hardened layer can reach a depth of 10 to 20 mm depending on the impact load. The hardened layer of high hardness resists abrasive wear. High manganese steel has excellent anti-wear performance under the condition of strong impact abrasive wear, so it is often used in mining, building materials, thermal power and other mechanical equipment to make wear parts. Under low-impact conditions, the high-manganese steel cannot exhibit the characteristics of the material because the work hardening effect is not obvious.
The grades of high-manganese steel commonly used in China and its applicable range are: ZGMn13-1 (C 1.10%~1.50%) for low impact parts, ZGMn13-2 (C1.00%~1.40%) for ordinary parts, ZGMn13- 3 (C0.90% to 1.30%) for complex parts, ZGMn13-4 (C0.90%~1.20%) for high impact parts. The manganese content of the above four grades of steel is 11.0% to 14.0%, blades material areextremely easy to work harden, so it is difficult to process. Most of them are castings, and a very small amount is processed by forging. High manganese steel has good casting properties.
